It is indeed the truth. Some people are just too close-minded..and afraid..to accept it. They'd rather believe that we are important, godly beings that were placed here by someone who's in control and only wants the best for us. Of course, most people only believe what is safe and comforting.

In a direct attack on the concept of random chance evolution, Pope Benedict asked rhetorically: "What came first? Creative Reason, the Spirit who makes all things and gives them growth, or Unreason, which, lacking any meaning, yet somehow brings forth a mathematically ordered cosmos, as well as man and his reason."

The Pope explained that the belief in God as Creator comes in the most ancient profession of faith known to Christians, the Apostles' Creed. "As Christians, we say: I believe in God the Father, the Creator of heaven and earth - I believe in the Creator Spirit. We believe that at the beginning of everything is the eternal Word, with Reason and not Unreason," he said.

While faith is not opposed to science, the Pope noted that some scientific endeavor is aimed at opposing faith. "From the Enlightenment on, science, at least in part, has applied itself to seeking an explanation of the world in which God would be unnecessary," he said. The Pope added, "And if this were so, he (God) would also become unnecessary in our lives."

Man, "would then be nothing more than a chance result of evolution and thus, in the end, equally meaningless," said the Pope.

However, Benedict XVI, noted assuredly that attempts to show God as unnecessary in the explanation of the universe are futile. "But whenever the attempt seemed to be nearing success - inevitably it would become clear: something is missing from the equation!," he said. "When God is subtracted, something doesn't add up for man, the world, the whole vast universe."

I think it is totally stupid, are you a monkey? I'm not. We did not evolve from monkeys, the Bible states PLAINLY in Genesis 1:1

In the Beginning God CREATED
the heavens and the Earth,


Then he goes on later in Genesis 1:26

And God said Let us make man
in our image, after our likeness:

So you see, I believe what my Bible tells me that God did. I don't really know weather the video is making fun of evolutionists, cause it's pretty stupid, or it's serious, but, either way, I trust in the Bible In God. That's where you will find ALL the answers you are looking for.

There is no evidence that proves Atheistic Macro*Evolution (without Intelligent Design)...

I used to believe in Evolution. However, over a period of time I have grown skeptical of the claims of Macro*Evolution... this is largely due to the weakness of the evidence for Macro*Evolution, and the fact that the evidence, rationally interpreted does not support the overarching claims made by Macro*Evolutionists...

I find that the vast majority of people who believe in evolution, do so by faith and authority

(faith -- because atheistic macro*evolution is a faith; and authority -- because they believe in the word of "experts" in the field, rather than truly understanding the evidence themselves).
