Maybe you can take it to the dealer and have it fixed? Call someone you know to help you? maybe it wasn't a playable CD? maybe the CD has scratces?? I don't know.

well try this
1.remove the battery and put in back and turn on the CD
2.remove the fuse of the radio or fuse box
3.check to see if the radio has a reset button.
4.remove the CD player and remove the top cover and with a thin screw driver push the cd out.

Use the owners manual or a shop guide to pull the radio fuse, most factory units will force eject when they lose power.

if it is a face off then take the face off and you have to look hard there is a little black hole in that hole there is a soft looking material just take something that will fit in the hole like a screw driver or knife and and press in the hole softly it should pop right out. If it is not a face off there is still a hole on the face do the same thing.
