How do i switch which screen the start menu appears on?

I have 3 monitors and the start menu is on the center one, but i want it on the right monitor so i can view it while in a fullscreen program on middle one. Where is the setting to do this?

Swap your video card cables, to get the monitor to have the start menu where you want it.

Then you may have the problem of you mouse doesnt move freely from left to right properly.
You can fix this by going to the background wall paper. Just close some stuff and get to your background.
Right click, Properties, Settings,
Then drag the order of your monitors, until you get the desired effect.
