I remember my best friend once told me that she asked her guy if he thought i was sexy, his reply was that he thought i was more sensual. Sensual is a warm, more on the reserved side but still approachable, mildly flirty, whereas i think sexy is a stronger term, you know like, short skirts and more vivacious and outgoing, like a pussycat doll, lol. Good question. Hey that gave me an idea for a question....thanks.

There is indeed a very fine line between "sexy" and "sensual". It is almost the same thing as between "pornographic" and "erotic".
Briefly, I would say that "sexy" shows, whereas "sensual" suggests. That seems to be the main difference.

Sexy is like hot, fast, and daring. Sensual is slower, curvier, and more tactile.
