Here is a brief table of the calories in the alcohol. What you are having the alcohol mixed with is were you caloric consideration must rest. Diet sodas with give no additional calories. Same with club soda. Despite what these morons are saying, fruit juices will greatly increase your calories. Some of which will be even greater then regular soda/pop. If you don't want to figure out how may additional calories you will be consuming with a mixer, drink the alcohol neat or drink beer or wine.

Dry white wine is the lowest. But forget it if you're getting into the hard stuff. Your best shot is to drink the hard stuff it with tonics so it hits your system faster and you'll get drunk on less (and therefore less calories!).

water! why do you think theme parks let you play in it? it has NO calories and you can still drive after drinking buckets of it and you need to up your intake of it anyway.
