I think that it depends on who you talk to. I talked to Holocaust survivors who dreaded the reunification of Germany due to their fear that there would be a resurgence of Nazi-like parties.

I know there are Nazis / Hitler Youth in German, and they are actively involved in politics.

So, yes, it depends on who you talk to.

Actor Eric Braeden, who is of German descent, has performed good deeds in bridging the Jewish and German people together. Mr. Braeden has been recognized by the Israeli Embassy in Los Angeles and the Israeli Government for his good deeds.

In his roles, Eric Braeden has never portrayed Nazis and even satirized them in Rat Patrol during the 1960's.

I do not believe Jewish people have anything against German people, but I don't know about the other way around.
