Do one on the effects of sleep deprivation have a few simple tests that the subject repeats every 4 hours for a period of 48hrs once with sleep once without. Or you could do the same with the effects of caffiene or diet.

Well if it was me, I would emphazise the difference betweem the old time sticks (all wood) and the new composite sticks. I was at a lost last night to proove to my husband that some players such as Spezza still use the old wooden stick, which in my opinion is better. Have you noticed how many sitcks were broken during the Team Canada Tourmament. All composite. So, my vote is mixed, I like the allow shaft but with a wood blade if that's possible. alas my geographer influence is showing tonight...

my father once wanted to know if cleft pallets were strongly correlated with ethnic types and if they ran in familes.

you could do some sort of geo-demographic plot of a disease. ... say aids in africa. malaria in India .. some kids plotted butterfly migration in the usa .. one woudl/could make some dot maps showing the spread and magnitude of the disease. through time. this can be made into a powerpoint presentation and/or some cool posters. You could plot killer bee migration against deaths and see if they corrilated as people think they would. You could also see if the disease/trouble followed various peoples or income levels.

if you can get at real data one can perhaps plot drive times to the hospital to get a notion of how well the hospital serves your area and if perhaps roads need to be increased.

you could perhaps track several people's dieting and see if they tracked towards the weight lost formula that I found years ago in the "areobics" book by Kenneth Cooper .. or it could be his other book on same subject. and those that used pure dieting vs diet and exercise.

you could perhaps study zinc echinacea, or elderberry usage during cold season and see if that helped folks....

happy trails...
