i am going to a football game.. is this a good time to ask a guy out? i really like him.. a lot and i really want to go out with him. he knows i like him bcuz my friend blabed. but what should i do?

sure, ask him when you think it is best. Now remember at a game he may be into the game and not that into you. So see how it goes but only do it when he is listen to you. You need all of his attention, so make sure you have it first.
