To feel guilt or remorse is to be human, yet to not feel guilt or remorse is also to be human. In most cases, if you hadn't felt guilty or bad about something, then you're not being manly or being cool; you're being inhuman and setting examples for everyone else who is still learning the right way to be human, or what is perhaps the worst way anyone could ever live by.

Whoever said anything about life being fair? Whenever we feel we've had a raw deal about something ,there is always someone worse off than you. I know that is no comfort and when you feel low it is easy to feel sorry for yourself, but we all get some sort of shite thrown at us sometime or other and the trick is.....you must stay positive, there is a whole load of good things in life and staying positive, endeavouring to make your life better, whether seeing a councellor or working it through yourself, you will see light at the end of the tunnel. Remember, you cannot change the past so don't beat yourself up .......we are all a long time dead.
Yesterday is history
Tomorrow's a mystery
Today is a gift.

Because that is the way life is.. roll with the punches!! Feel bad for a bit but move on! Life is way too short to sit and worry or pondering about what just happened!! Pick yourself up dust yourself off and move on to your next adventure!! Life is not unfair.. life is simple.. it is just how you deal with it and learn from others and what you have experienced! If you are young you will understand what I am saying someday .. trust me! But do remember this..life is WAY too short!! Go have fun this weekend!!

Negative things seem to stick in the memory more for some reason so when something bad happens everything floods back and makes you feel worse..try to do something really positive to make yourself feel better, like helping someone else ...and remember whats really important to you, like friends, family and stuff like that.
life isn't really unfair its how we deal with different things and this can be affected by how we are feeling at the time.

Life is what u make of it. If u feel bad all of the time then u need to start looking in ward and out ward and find those bad things that surround u and change them. Also too much time on your hands, doesn't help either. find a hobby. Learning to play the guitar helped me.

Who or what made you think life is fair, Life is not fair and will never be fair. I think people maybe confused between using the word fair, where as the correct word is fairy , like fairy tale story, it not true. Things happen in life to teach you Acceptance, Patience, Tolerance, Endurance to become a stronger person.

it really depends what happens in life, if something good happens why would we feel bad?? life is impartial, it is neither fair or unfair,we have to deal with **** as it happens, and learn from it, but one thing we cannot do is dwell on it. Its not just you who feels this way.

No life is not fair but we have to make the most of it and learn from our mistakes. I would suggest that you find someone to talk to about what is troubling you. A trouble shared is a trouble halved.

Try and get some sleep and a fresh start tomorrow.

Good night.

No it's not just you. Life stinks. The system stinks. the system is a mess. The NHS is falling apart. Politicians are a sleasy bunch of greedy perverts. The establishment exploits us all.
Apart from that it's not too bad. lol

A sense of humour will keep you sane.....
