Yes, preferrably red wine. 1-2 glasses per day can have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system.
Check with a doc or pharmacist, though, if you are taking meds for hypertension, to make sure there is no bad reaction.
Of course, 1-2 glasses should be your limit. It's not good for anyone to drink to excess, high blood pressure or not.

Depends on medication and also the severity of the hypertension...best to ask your physician to prevent side-effects from your drugs.
