why would you give up something you haven't even done. its OK to like someone that has a boyfriend, just chill out wait until the timing is right. for now just get to know her a little better become a friend first,so when the timing is right you will already know what she like and dont like

well if shes not genuinely swetet and will spit in your face, the worst thing you could do would be to profess your feelings. because then she'll just crush you. but if ou know her well enough, let her know how you feel, it doesnt mean that she magiclaly become single. alot of the times, girls stay with guys that they dont have strong relationships with them, because they think no one else will want them. let her know you're there for her, if thats the case.

Just show her that your interested, even though you probably know she wont do anything about because she has a boyfriend.
After youve shown her that your interested..
back off and ignore her a little bit..
and she'll get intrigued by you.
