I was born and raised a roman catholic but never really felt a connection with my religion. i've been hearing more and more about the beauty of the hindu religion and i want to know more. would it be considered rude to enter a hindu temple to learn about the religion? i've learned what i could from the internet and books on this religion, but i feel i need to talk to someone. also, i haven't found any books to help me begin the meditation process. any help would be extremely appreciated.

Find a hindu temple, and with respect, ask for spiritual guidence. Hinduism is a beautiful religion, I'm personally Buddhist but I also highly admire Hinduism. There is so much elegance and beauty behidn the religion that I highly reocmend that you look further into it, as for the meditation process, if you can find a real, not any fake fad yoga place, but a real yoga centre, I believe that they will teach you meditaton along with the yoga.

Hope I helped.
