Yes, so is the newer Oatabix....that is unless you have an allergy to either of them...

reliable to renowned on the subject of the Weetabix, because of the fact i'm addicted to the flakes (which i know has greater sugar!!)! i like the Kashi, yet I choose the Honey Almond Flax crunch (the bypass Lean Crunch as cinnamon which i'm allergic to!). :-( i could say decide for the Weetabix (in any type).
