Ok,so theres this boy that i like and he seems to like me (not just saying that either honestly) everybody asks us if we're going out..but he has a girlfriend but she wont even let him touch her or anything (hugs and kisses) and I don't know not much of a question just asking has anybody else had an expirence like this and what happend....like I said up there I feel totally stupid but I need some opionions here....No smart

Well here is basically the law of the land ok....
if he's hanging out with you, and telling you how she won't let him touch her... then she is the girl he's going to marry.
He's telling u all this to get you to feel pity for him and his need for some physical activity because he's thinking he can get in your pants to release some sexual tension.... this guy is just wanting to use you.... forget him!! he obviously doesn't have any respect for his g/f, none for you, and none for himself either to be gabbing on about his relationship with another girl to anybody.... and this is my honest opinion of this situation. Let it go! You'll be better off and happier in the long haul.

No, I haven't been in a situation like that.
But if his relationship with his current girlfriend isn't going too well, there's probably a pretty good chance they'll break up soon.
And if they do, you never know, you may have a chance.
If the chance comes, seize it and tell him how you feel.
Or even if they don't break up anytime soon, try working up the courage and telling him anyhow. You never know, if he knows that you like him, and you think he likes you, then you could have a chance.

Well honestly..
it's his decision.
He seems to like his girlfriend
but he seems to like you too.
Just leave him alone til he finds out what he really wants.
You really dont know why that girl doesnt let him touch her..May be she wants some respect.
But in the end..
He will decide Not You.
