In theory, weight loss pills should work.
In reality, they dont.
What they do is cause your body to absorb all of its water (you will urinate very frequently).
They hope that in the process of absorbing the water your body needs to survive, that it will also target the water held in fat molecules, breaking them down.
The same thoery applies to drive by shootings.
Dont waste your money. Just eat healthy, and stay away from fast food.

Pills are only temporary solutions. There are lots of little things you can do to help you loose the weight, though. Try these:
1. Workout first thing in the morning before you eat. You'll burn more fat that way.
2. Don't eat anything for at least 3 hours before you go to bed.
3. Get active with ANY activity that keeps your heart rate up for about 45 minutes at a time. Do this everyday. Twice a day is better.
4. Muscle burns fat.
5. Burn more calories than you take in.
6. Make REALLY healthy food choices. Drink alot of water. Stay away from sugary things, fried things, and sodas. Eat lots of yogurt, fruit, and veggies. Chicken and fish are okay, too.
Good luck!!

Lipo-6. Otherwise? My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

There is no magic pill that will help you to lose weight.
The Secret is to eat right and exercise at least 30minutes a day.
Avoid, salt, fat, sugar and other items that are high in carbohydrates.
I speak from experience. At little over 6 months ago I weighed close to 300lbs and I was a pre-diabetic with high blood pressure.
At 6'1" 300lbs is considered obese
So I gave up the junk food and started watching my carbs and I exercised. I now wiegh 200lbs and the diabetes and high blood pressure are no more.
You can do it too.

Try welbutrin, you need a prescription from your doctor. It is an antidepresant with anticraving side effects. They also use it to help people quit smoking under the name Zyban.
I got on it and dropped a bunch of weight without even trying, because I stopped craving sweets.
