my gay friend has never been with a woman but he seems to be sexually attracted to me and now prefers to be with me rather than go out and meet guys! Any tips on how to deal with this one. I do find him attractive but definitely want to keep it just friends.

ever considered the term heterosensual? I met a gay man who made out with girls and liked to hand out with them and flirt but he only had sex with men..
okay, (above) just an example of difference ^_~
the thing about human sexuality is that people are all different. form some sexuality is fluid from one identity for a time, to a different identity over time.
So, it is possible for a person who identifies as a gay man, to later identify as any other sexual orientation.
*chuckles* If ya just wanna keep it friends, what's the worry? it can't become more without your say so ^_~

people get confused when there young and it often takes years to escape their mistakes , I would lay odds that 95% of gay men marry a woman in the end ,
he is not anything other than a man you are attracted to what are you scared of ?
I think perhaps you have both accidentally fallen for each other and are both to frightened to admit it ,
nothing ventured nothing gained , if it doesn't work out you'll both laugh because you tried it and remain friends , if it does you have both found something very rare which will bring you both happiness .

A view from the other side: it's said that every lesbian has an "exception", some guy they're crazy about. For most it's someone unattainable like a film star or whatever. One or two get to know their exceptions, and stuff happens. Doesn't make them bi or straight.

For starters, anyone that f*cks their same gender is gay.
Anyone that f*cks their same gender AND f*cks the other gender is still gay.
As for your friend, it sounds as if he's on a playground having the time of his life. And not to sound mean (I'm being blunt), but.. like all playgrounds, they get boring once you've played on it after a while (unless of course you add on new 'additions').
