Just do what McAfree tells you to do, before your system get worse. The longer the virus remains on the computer, the more it will spread.

well first of all just to let you know.... Mc. Afe is not that strong of an anti-virus, i would suggest you to download zone-alarm from www.download.com
it's comes with a free 15 days trial, which gives you all the benifits of hte full version...and 15 days is just more than enough to get rid of those nasty viruses, adware, spyware and trojans...
PS. once downloaded install the software and click on "continue trial" once started it should do all the work by itself...you would'nt need to waste your precious time over it...
good luck with the job,

You need to go to the Mcafee website and look up the name of the virus or trojan horse , then see what directions they give you to remove the virus , also you can go to live support or call them and they will walk you through it , this will solve your problem .

hi it seems like u r not gettin enough updates from mcafee. first make sure your antivirus subscription is not down ..if yes then go and get a new one ....i assure u it wont be bad deal ..if u have one then try to full scan ur comp and try if it can delete it for u ...delete all temporary files and cookies from ur internet options.. and try to delete everything which u think might can load virus in ur comp ....
if u wanna download a free version of antivirus then downlaod AVG its free and very effective ..u can get it from grisoft.com
if u dont want to do that then restore ur system in back date ....may be it wud help
good luck i know its very frustrating ...........

Sometimes if you dont update your virus software for a long time you must do updates and download new things. Just do as they say.

download a trial of AVG (alot better than McAffe and Norton, trust me, I've know). www.grisoft.com do the updates, and run it. It'll take care of it. Then run ewido. www.ewido.com
