always has been this price for years, I'm addicted and I'm going broke, all the other lookalikes don't do it for me.
Even when Ibuy in bulk I only save 0.10/can

Good question, I would also like to know, however, I do know that it does give certain people energy. I personally jump off the walls when I drink it. And you tend to get used to the taste after a while... I actually have grown to like it.
Perhaps it is supply and demand?

I think it cost 2 dollars a can because it is imported from Austria rather then made in usa like most of the energy drinks, so they include the importation fees and shipping into the can.
I agree other energy drinks dont do it, they just taste like any other soda, no kick. The closest energy drink i could find that can atleast keep you away from red bull is "vault" that is made by coca cola. it gives a smaller kick but its stronger then the other energy drinks(except for red bull) and I pay 89 cents for it at one store near my house.

Red Bull does not have crack in it. It is full of vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 speeds up your metabolism. It also has caffeine in it and everyone knows what caffeine does. As for a cheaper price. I'd try buying a bottle of B12 at the store and chasing the recommended dosage with a cup of coffee.

Try something better than Red Bull.

For $2 dollars a can I would make myself not addicted. I've had it before and I didn't care for the taste.

it has different vitamins as well is an egerny drink and isnt bad for the body many athleths use it and has energy in it,s mixture. like a b.12. shot. ?

It contains a crack cocaine derivative, which is why it gives you "wings" and is addictive. :D
