I have this friend that i really like and she knows this. I asked her out 9 months ago but she said no. But since then we have hung out more. We go to ballgames, we go to dinner, and we even had a picnic in the park which was her idea. I dont do these sort of things with my other girl friends. So if were not dating then what are we doing? SHould I try kissing her next time I see her? So I wanna know if her feelings could have changed from when I first asked her out. Should I ask her out again.

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

It may be that she enjoys your company and is very fond of you as a friend, but doesn't want to be romantic with you. I don't think you should push it, given you asked her before and she said no, I'd wait to see if she makes a move, but in the meantime, think about whether or not you can have her as just a friend. I have many guy friends I'm not interested in dating, but love spending time with them, so don't jump to any conclusions or you may scare her away as a friend.

try a kiss it will tell u more i think she may be opposed to somthing that is well not tangible between you but she does LIKE YOU just is scared of somthing... so let her body do the talking it probably knows more at this stage than her mind.
