And if you tell me and he doesn't use words. What is a good way to tell if he like you in return?

you will be able to tell if likes you in return by his body langauge or if you are flirting with each other,so just ask him out if you can see that he may like you as well,or just say to him the way you feel and if he doesn't feel the same just say I was kidding or I just wanted to see what your reaction was if I asked you and turn it into a joke,or just be honest but say to him if how you feell about him,but don't want it to effect any friendship you's may have if he doesn't feel the same way. If it doesn't workout don't let it get you down and just carry on,there are plenty other fish in the sea

The best way is to just become friends with him, and slowly drop hints. Or just get him the message through his friends. There really isnt a bad way to tell him, as long as you are relatively mature about it. For example, dont do anything overly excessive, like writing his name all over your stuff, or building him a shrine.
But you also must remember that guys are much more sexually motivated than girls. So grabbing him (gently!) by the crotch might work as well. Or show him some skin. And by some skin...I mean like a breast. Or a thigh. Or maybe even a buttcheek.

Just start flirting with him and after a couple weeks go by or maybe even months see if you guys get even closer and then when u think the time is right just tell him.

Start with flirting. If that doesn't work just talk with him and see if you get a vibe from him. You can't force something that wasn't meant to be.
