found out i liked him and then he asked a month later if i still did and i said ya but he said oh well i like another girl and i'll probabley ask her out
and then he e,asked who i like now and i didn't say him i'm not going to let him play with me like a puppet on and off

Yea. You need up to him and tell him to go F himself. He sounds like an insecure little boy. Your stronger than that and could get way better.

Don't even try to salvage your relationship with this guy. He just told you that he's not interested in you anymore. Cut your losses and move on.
