he is probably used to having his ways and now that he has to learn rules he doesn't like it, try explaining to him he has to wait sometimes and it is OK if he cries, he will learn and eventually he will stop crying when he sees he is nothing being catered to

One answer said you should shake him. Please DO NOT DO THAT. Poor advice. Your sweet little brother is insecure. For some reason he cries because he found out that is what he should do, to get what he needs. Why are you the one who seems to give him the attention a two year old needs ? Where is your Mother? Sounds as if you spend a lot of time with him. Be good to him and do all you can to make him happy and content. He is in the age where he is having difficulty. has his own mind made up, as to what he wants. My little boys , would cry if they were hungry. They didn't know how to tell me, so I had to feed them often. Then they would not cry. Offer him treats or good food. So give him extra special time and understanding. He will out grow the terrible two stage and in time he will become the sweet , good little brother . He will also grow up remembering all that you did for him. Be good to him and help him all you can.

He is spoiled and going through his terrible 2's. Oh my do I feel for you. I know this answer is not the easiest to hear but don't give him what he wants, he will scream and throw tantrums but he will stop when he figures out that it wont get him what he wants. Buy some good ear plugs in the mean time.
Good luck

When there isn't anything wrong with him send him to his room and close the door and let him know that it's not bothering him(well pretend anyways) and eventually he'll see that what the adults say go and crying won't get him everything he wants

Its just the terrible two phase that the child is going through. You just have to ignore him and let him cry his eyes out until he learns that crying does not get him the attention that he wants.

You have to bite the bullet until he learns. Let him cry, and don't give him what he wants until he learns. Wear ear plugs for the week. He'll cry himself out.

YOU shouldn't have to WORRY about this stuff. THIS is YOUR PARENTS responsibility!!! NOT YOURS!!!
HAVE your parents control him and soothe him.
If I were YOU I would just IGNORE him as much as possible. Sooner or later HE will get the MESSAGE that he cannot have everything he wants all the time!!!
