Woolaway is such an unusual name that there bound to be someone who keeps records of everyone with such a name. If you can trace them, perhaps by telephoning people in the directory, or by googling the name you can track this person down.
Dont use the professional tracking agencies, try the site further down the google list. Often these names are very local to a certain area of Britain. They are called single-source names. But sometimes spelling can vary (Woolley/Woodley?) I take it you have tried the Family Records Centre in London, there may be records of recent addresses, if they have married recently.

i know a peter pan, he lives in never-ever-ever-land. he's not 40 as he stays a boy in never-ever-ever-land. although i think he turned to stone, he's now in some park in london, hyde park or a car park, not too sure. he had a friend called wendy, i have a cousin called wendy, weird no?!!! he could fly, he was magic, superman can fly but he's not magic he is an alien. do you think in a facist country they'd send him back as he is an illegal alien? aliens, they're weird things. did you see the ones in independance day, freeky sodding things. did you know sod is a type of building material. peter pan build his home in a tree, stupid twit, houses are made from trees, not in them, dick!!!!!

i don't know anyone called ian, i do know someone called frank, does that help?
