Peaches are rich in the antioxidants carotenoids, vitamin C, and potassium. The best part is they pair very well with flaxseeds. Flaxseeds are a source of lignins, an excellent source of plant estrogens that don't carry the same potential hazards as the other well-known plant estrogen, soy. Flaxseeds are also a good source of beneficial omega-3 fats and fiber. There is some research that flaxseeds can prevent hot flashes, osteporosis, breast cancer, and heart disease. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup organic vanilla yogurt, low-fat or non-fat
1/2 cup cold water
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 teaspoon flax seeds
PREPARATION:
You will need the following equipment:
Blender
Measuring spoon, 1/2 cup size
Travel mug and wide straw if you are taking it to go
This is my quick and easy method for making protein shakes:
Add 1 teaspoon of flaxseeds to the blender
Using the measuring spoon, scoop 1/2 cup of yogurt directly from the yogurt container and put it in the blender.
Fill the measuring spoon with 1/2 cup water and put it in the blender

I would do it like this.
Several ripe peaches
1 small container of peach yogurt
Lots of ICE
Milk
Slice up the peaches, and remove the pits. Place the yogurt, then the ICE in the blender. pour in a little milk, and add the peaches. Blend up until smooth.

I make someting called "tasty booze" at my house
1/2 bag frozen peaches
1/2 bag frozen strawberries
1 cup rum
Plus peach schnaps to taste
This makes two"starters" That I freeze in zip lock bags in my freezer. It doesn't get frozen "hard" because of the booze.
Then use one baggie and fill the rest of the blender with peach or orange sherbert and OJ till it is liquid.
You may add more or less booze to taste. Also good with vodka.
