Hi again!
I have tried this in my back for pain, but it didn't work for me. It might for you as everyone is different.
I broke my back on Holiday in Gran Canaria about 2 years and 3 months a go now, and I tried acupuncture to help with the pain and help me to relax more. As my doctor said that I could give it a try.
I still suffer with the pain now, it is the damp weather that is bad for me.
I hope this helps you a little, sorry I can't be any further help to you.
What did you do to your back?
I hope that someone has some good advise for you.
The only thing that I find that helps me is putting something warm on my back and some strong pain killers, when it is bad.
Good luck!

My mother has tried it for a torn rotator cuff and it worked for her.
Accupuncture is basically a method of making the body's energy flows balanced. I too ahve back problems and I get accupressure done by my fiance to balance thigns out. It's much easier on your spine than a chiropractor. Accupuncture will allow the body to realign the back naturally and painlessly. Sadly when you have backproblems, the pressure generated on the nerves can affect different parst of your body, and how it functions. By balancing the energy, thise problems will also dissapear, Good luck!

it works allright. I have problems with both knees and since I started studying martial arts and energy patterns i've tried to put traditional medecine aside. Instead of pumping you full of pills to fight the symptoms these people look at your problem from a nerve and energy receptor point of view. If some nerve isn't working right in a certain area they will create a sort of "bypass" by rerouting energy channels. It's a totally different way of handling medecine but it works great and uses no harmfull chemicals

My hubby has had accupuncture for his sciatic pain. He said that it worked perfectly for the day it was done, but the next day the pain came back.
It cost £30 a go & it's not something that he thought was worth keeping up as the relief was too temporary.
You may find that it works perfectly for you as people react differently.
Good luck :-)

Acupuncture and a good chiropractor together are your best bet for relief. Be sure to get a licensed practitioner.

My stepmother uses it for severe arthritic pains. It has worked wonderfully for her and as a result my needlephobic father now goes for his back - so it must work for him!

I've had it to help damaged tendons in my wrist. It's the only thing that helped to be honest, I would always recommend it.
