Why would this pope... whom i think is a moron compared to the last one.... go out of his way to insult or annoy muslims?

Well, he used to be a Nazi...I don't think he is half the pope as the last one. Maybe his Prada shoes were tight today? He is kind of sepulchral looking, maybe he won't be around too long.

Do you have all the information? You really need the whole story and what was said and in what context to make a real judgement. If you remember, the Islamic world rioted and wanted to burn the whole world down over those editorial cartoons a while back too. They are way too sensitive.
It seems the slightest little thing that even gives an appearance of being anti-muslim and they hit the roof....but it seems Christianity is fair game to take shots and hits constantly.
I would also like to remind everyone just how Islam is a peaceful and tolerant religion with info from another post: Don't forget, Salman Rushdie wrote a novel, one of whose themes was that Islam is in need of reform and for that act, he was put under a death sentence by irate Islamic clerics.
If your opinion differs from Islamic leaders they want you dead.

It is much too easy to upset the Muslims.
An innocent sketch of a humorist in a newspaper was sufficient for them to call for a boycott against a nation.
You can be killed if you dare criticize Islam.
Our saints, our symbols, religious authorities, etc. are burned and insulted freely and nothing happens. No reactions at all.
Isn't it time for something to change?

Get over it, they like to bash other religions and beliefs, but when someone disagrees with them, they usually kill a lot of people by blowing themselves up, or car bombs, or some other kind of terrorism. In my opinion they're the biggest morons on the face of the Earth.

What he did was make a reference to something said by a Christian emperor centuries ago in an attempt to link Islamic fundamentalist to terror. If you're so opposed to what he is trying to say to the world then maybe you likewise support these fundametalists? If so then personally I don't give a shyt what you think.
