Kiss her gently and state into her eyes. Tell her you want her. Kiss her again. Tell her you REALLY want her. Kiss her gently again and look her over to make it very obvious WHAT you want. Then you have to judge whether she's in the mood. If she wants you and you want her you'll see a little hint of some sort from her and you can go from there. If she seems receptive...go for it.
