How long can I keep this before it should be drunk? Thanks!

if it is from a good vineyard ie Beaucastle or similar like Le Nerthe
15 to 20 years is about when the flavors will peak....other vineyards you could easily go 10 -12 years

Well, B carefull to keep it down the cellar in humidity, otherwise the thin perfume vanishes away! Every 6 months, you have to turn bottle upside down, so the cork don't
let air through! You may also sick Pope's blessing as well about it!!!!
