I'm warm all the time even in the winter. I live in sleeveless tops, or black & white ones if I have to wear sleeves! It's certainly no fun... I used to use Sure Crystal, but got thru like 3 cans a week.... now I use Triple Dry roll-on.. costs about £7 from Boots, but lasts me about 3 weeks... I was paying that for one weeks worth of Sure! Give it a go. You could go for a blood test to rule out other stuff, such as thyroid probs - I'm waiting on my appointment.

I sweat a lot as well, but not so much under the arms. I wear T-shirts with short sleeves my front from the neck down to just below the sternum and on the back just around the shoulders becomes saturated, I just take frequent cool showers.

It sounds like your probably nervous and self conscious while you are out, and the more you think about the problem the worse it becomes.

I know it's difficult but try not to think about it too much.
Use a good underarm deodorant, and carry some deo wipes with you.
If possible sit in a cool place.
With time it will get better, if it does become a real problem which affects you going out - see your doctor I'm sure he could recommend something for you.

I had the exact same problem, I just all of a sudden 1 day started sweating and would'nt stop, no change in food or lifestyle. I went to my doctor and she gave me Anhydrol Forte, it's a roll-on containing aluminium chloride hexahydrate 20% w/v. I promise it will work, that was 3 years ago and I have'nt had that problem since. Good luck!

Secret Platinum. It's from nervousness. Practice thinking calm thoughts. Also you can go to the doctor to get stuff to put under there to retard the sweat glands. I sweat buckets as soon as I get outside. It's ridiculous. My face turns red and my whole head gets soaked. I can't figure out how to stop it!

Antiperspirants work directly on sweat glands.

If that fails, there are a variety of medical techniques including, but not limited to, Botox, anti-anxiety medications, and surgical techniques. See a dermatologist for further advice.

i have a completely sure fire way to sort this out its all about the levels of sodium in your body low sodium an you sweat more this is usually caused by a lack of salt in your diet solution to this is to increase your salt intake this in turn will do the trick but dont over do it with salt as it can be harmful in very high doses

My sister had the same problem and went to see her doctor who prescribed her with prescription deodorant. It didn't work for her but in the end it cleared up on its own. The other alternative is botox, her doctor said if all else fails she could get botox injection on the NHS for her problem.
Hope this helps.

Stop eating hot or spicy foods or see your gp. There is an opertion you can have to remove some sweat glands if its a real problem.
