You're still young. When I was 13 I was taller than most of my friends and then many of the ones who were shorter suddenly became taller. People grow at different rates.

Genes are the main factor in determining how tall you'll be, however, you should help your body achieve its programmed height by eating proper. Don't forget your vegetables (mothers are right when they say you need to eat broccoli to grow). Being a teenager, milk is great. You're still young so don't quit on the chips and pop, enjoy it while you can, just don't over do it... Also, no matter what, don't start smoking or drinking or doing drugs. These things are known to stunt growth.

Eat right & exercise, but to tell you the truth, I stopped growing around then and now I am in my 30s and everyone is still taller than me. Stretch your spine out and stand as tall as you can, use good posture all the time. Posture affects your overall health and let you maximize your height no matter what stage of development. You might get taller than your parents, then again, you might not, but I'd say if your feet reach the ground you have nothing to worry about. :)

This question appears on here 100 times a day. There is NO way to get taller. You will end up being exactly as tall as you are supposed to be. It's in your genes. There is no exercise, no pills, no diet, no device that will make you any taller. You are just hitting puberty so relax and give it time. You have a lot of growing years left.

At 13, I wouldn't worry. I hit a growth spirt at 14 and got 4 inches taller. Worry when you are 18.

If you were to have pharmaceutical Human Growth Hormone administered to you by a physician this would indeed make you taller. You are still young enough that your bones have'nt sealed yet so HGH would work.

Dont train with weights and eat good food. You cannot train yourself to grow, but you can avoid staying to short. My sons shot up at the age of 14 or so. Weight traing to yourng can keep you short, it fuses your growth plates and concentrates all your growth to building muscles. Wait until you have hair on your LEGS to hit the gym.

Give it time. I was a shortly until I was in my junior year of High school. I grew one foot in a year. My son is 14, he went from 5'0 when he was 12 to 6'4 now.
