That is a belief held by those who hold to Dispensational Theology which covers most Evangelical denominations, but not all. The Reformed tradition and others who hold to Covenental Thelogy would not share that view, as would, I'm guessing, the Liberal denominations (such as some Episcopal & Methodist groups).

I don't know which denominations don't believe it.
Afterall. The Bible itself teaches Jews are, I can't imagine not believing the Word of God. Except for an atheist.
A Denomination should know better. Right?
Yahweh God chose the Jewish people as His wife. And that’s Deuteronomy 7:7. But wait a minute, Christ chose the Christian as His wife for the future, and that’s I Peter 1:2, and Titus 1:1.
Now, both groups are elect, as I just said. And the Jew was God’s elect in Isaiah 42:1; 45:4, and 65 verses 9 and 22. And when Jesus comes back, we Christians are going to reign with Him from Jerusalem.

If someone didn't think that the Jews were God's chosen people i would doubt their 1. they're Christianity is real. 2. Doubt that they have ever read the Bible. 3. I would think they are from some cult, not denomination.
God made a promise to Abraham and to King David. He doesn't break promises. He will fulfill every promise he has ever made.

Just because they are "chosen" does not mean it is a good thing. God did say that they are his chosen people but look what they have been chosen to do. I think we need to give Jews a break.
