If I put some tomatos and spices in a blender, can I then put that in a tupperware bowl and freeze it? If so, will it be any good when I thaw it out?

YES! You can even take tomato's that are getting old on your counter, cut the stem out and throw them in a plastic baggie in your freezer. Then if you go to make something like chili or soup, take them out, run them under hot water for a few seconds, and the skin slips right off. It works perfect for anything that calls for canned tomato's. If I was going to make sauce like it sounds like your planning on doing, I would peel the tomato's first before blending. Good Luck!

You can do that but you need to use it within a couple of days and no longer than a week or two for it to taste ok. Or you could clean and wash the tomatoes and then cut them into 4's and cook them with a little water. Then store them in the freezer. When you need them, then take them out and thaw and then add the spices for a fresher taste. You can store the tomatoes up to 4 months.

Yes, my mother freezes the extra spaghetti sauce often then uses it later for soups and such. When you unfreeze it you may need to add just abit of tomato paste or crushed tomatos if it is thinned out.

Yes you can freeze tomatoes but I prefer using zip lock type bags you can get the air out of them.

I think there wont be any problem at all. I would just warm or boil it for a bit before using it for a better taste.
