Common Causes:

Benign twitches (not caused by disease or disorders)
* Often triggered by stress
* A diet deficiency
* Drug overdose (caffeine) which leads to dehydration
* Drug side effect (such as diuretics or corticosteroids)
* Exercise

There is typically no treatment required. You can take a Potassium supplement which will help with the perfusion of the muscle tissue. Generally speaking, lowering your anxiety and staying hydrated will resolve the issue.

That's very common. As long as they aren't happening everywhere at once. It generally happens in your arms and legs. Make sure your getting enough potassium, drink plenty of water, and do exercise. Other than that, don't worry about them.

I get them too. I find moving around and doing a bit of exercise will relieve them for a while.
