Well, any liquor store would be your best bet, I suppose. Some will naturally charge more than others, you will have to just shop around. Cheapest place I've ever found booze is in the Class 6 at military installations, but you have to be in the military to shop there.

Anywhere. There's no bartering in the U.S. for alcohol. you'll find all prices are basically the same. Grocery stores are generally cheaper.

It depends where you live. Taxes and merchandising laws and customs, and competition varies from state to state. (The latter often within each state.)
