To my fellow Ladies: How do YOU tell a playa from a genuine guy?

Let's say you're in the mood to treat YOURSELF to a date. You get dressed up, made up, and you're smelling great. You go to your favorite elegant restaurant and sit down in a booth by yourself. Some guy comes up to you and tells you that you look too nice to be sitting alone, and he gives you a few lines and compliments. They're flattering, but in the back of your mind, you're thinking "He only wants sex". How can you tell if he's genuinely into you, or just talking game?

well as you said 'he gives you a few lines' that screams playa. the genuine guys will be just that.......GENUINE. they wont need lame lines to hook up with you!

If he leaves after giving you the compliment. Than he was being honest. But if he sits down before you ask than, hes a player.

I bide my time. If he's a player he's going to make some stupid statement at some point and give up his game. All you have to do is wait it out. If he's a gentleman and doesn't make sexual innuendos and dumb a$$ comments, then he may be alright. The bottom line is, they all show their true colors, you just have to wait and listen.

Go with your gut. If he's genuinely into you, he shouldn't be feeding you lines right off the bat. See if he's looking around at other women while he's talking to you. Watch his body language.

Well...you won't really know...but if he flops his *** down at
you booth without first asking .....you can pretty much believe
he isn't interested in buying you supper.
