flash player experts?

hey i need help ,i want to use flashplayer like use to make videos and stuff and cartoons ,i have flash player 9,and if you know any other programs in which i can download freeto create cartoons and stuff tell me =]

dude you dont need just that free flashplayer..
u need the ACTUAL flash program that is now available from adobe (http://macromedia.com , http://adobe.com)

Macromedia (Adobe) Flash has also got a certain learning curve before which you can develop cartoons and large animations like a pro and that curve depends on how quick you grasp the ideas and what sort of help you get..
