Ever had to pass gas in a crowded room? Belch at inappropriate time? Ever had to go to the bathroom and do a #2 and someone is in the stall next to you? Ever had your stomach growl during dead silence and everyone heard it? Tell me your most embarrasing bodily functions that happened in public....I wanna laugh.

During an hour wait for a bus, I kept wondering if I should go back into my workplace to see if my period had arrived. But since I had put so much time into waiting, I decided not to. The bus finally came and I was lucky to get a seat next to a middle-aged man. When it was time to get off, I decided to check my seat to make sure it was clean. It wasn't. There was a puddle of red on the blue plastic seat. I quickly sat back down to cover it and consider my options. I noticed that everyone coming onto the bus was wearing beige and white and there were no available seats. I decided that I would run off the bus as fast as possible at the next stop which is what I did.

I would still like to know what happened to my seat. Did someone sit in it before looking? Did people spying an empty seat from far away push their way toward the seat only to discover it could not be occupied? Did the man with the seat next to mine stare out the window because he was totally embarrassed to be sitting next to it but too tired to get up?

Well, I attended a class about epidurals when my wife was pregnant. I shouldn't have gone, since I don't have a strong stomach for needles and medical crap. Anyhow, they showed a video during the class to let everyone be familiar with what to expect. When the video got to the part where they actually stuck the needle in the girl's back, I passed out right there. Came to a few seconds later, but my bladder had emptied itself. How embarrassing! I had to walk back to the car like that... and I was light headed to boot. I learned a valuable lesson though - don't watch if you can't handle it.

When I was 13 I went to a classmates' funeral. He had been killed when the bike he was riding hit a rock, the handlebar came off, and the center bar hit him in the neck. It was a tragedy felt by the entire community. The funeral was right after school and I hadn't eaten anything since breakfast. During the closing prayer, as the family started to go forward to say their last goodbyes, my stomach started rumbing so loudly that everyone was turning around in their pews to see where the noise was coming from! I wanted to get up and go outside, but the church was jammed full with extra chairs in the aisles to accomodate everyone. I started to giggle and hid my face in my hands. The folks behind me started patting me on the back because they thought I was sobbing! It was such an emotional time -- I wanted to scream at the injustice of his death, laugh out loud at the sounds that were coming out of my empty tummy, and cry out of sheer embarassment! But......I survived!

People like you who want to laugh a the normal bodily functions of others are one of the reasons I am so sick.
When I was in grade school I had to do #2 and some other girls made fun of me. After that I started holding my bodily functions.
Later in life I developed irritable bowel syndrome now I have ulcerative colitis which I have been told is a direct connection to this retention.
