No I think Freddie's just fine. In fact, the knives will come in useful for slicing the cake. Make sure you put lots of strawberry jam in it.

Not unless you want to scare them half to death no. Neither of them would be a good idea.
But for a joke I would say Freddi Kruger.
1 2 Freddie's coming for you
3 4 better lock your door
5 6 grab your crucifix
7 8 better stay up late
9 10 never sleep again

Sad to say, but judging by what most 7 year olds are exposed to these days, I think the kids at the party would just point and laugh. Same with Jason. I know my eight year old nephew would love it........sigh. What a twisted world we live in.

That could be fun...Most of the people here are too young to know what life was like 35-40 years ago when we had the strap in school, and seatbelts were luxury items. Toys were also a bit more dangerous, chemistry sets, woodburning kits, lawn darts, etc...

I'm beginning to think it's a lost cause tonight. I'm off to have some more wine and see what movies are on.
Freddie Krueger indeed! Like Mary Poppins to most 7 year olds these days.
Goodnight.

aaaawwwww i got my sons 8th birthday party tomorrow. Could you nip round after you've finished? I was hoping to get rid of the kids early. 2 hours with a bunch of 7/8 year olds is far too long!!!!
Enjoy!

depends if you want to scare the crap out of 7 year olds. Its nice that you want to do the face painting, but i would hold back on the fright. If you want to entertain, I would maybe organize some age appropriate games, maybe a ballon toss, hide and seek, treasure hunting. good luck
