Some percentage of undecided people might believe. Those who believe would continue to believe, those who reject God would continue to reject him and explain away the incident. There is no more need of new information. Mankind has been given everything they need to make a decision to believe or not believe.

There are many who would not. Look at the Jews in Exodus. God split open the sea for them, supported them through the desert, walked before them in a column of fire and cloud, and many of them still turned away from Him.

some would start believing, others believe harder, and there would be many skeptics. always will be. (but then again, a long time ago, thunder was considered the voice of god, turned out that the skeptics were right?)

If the Tooth Fairy left a million dollars under your pillow, would you believe? If, If, If, what do all the ifs in the world have to do with truth. Talk to me when it happens, then I will let you know. Until then, quit wasting our time.

and all doctors should die for that.

Would he identify which God he was and whether he was one of many? And how do you know it's the voice of God? Is it deep and resonant?

It'd be a really, REALLY good start. I'd want to talk to that voice one-on-one though before I decided.
