Some percentage of undecided people might believe. Those who believe would continue to believe, those who reject God would continue to reject him and explain away the incident. There is no more need of new information. Mankind has been given everything they need to make a decision to believe or not believe.

There are many who would not. Look at the Jews in Exodus. God split open the sea for them, supported them through the desert, walked before them in a column of fire and cloud, and many of them still turned away from Him.

some would start believing, others believe harder, and there would be many skeptics. always will be. (but then again, a long time ago, thunder was considered the voice of god, turned out that the skeptics were right?)

if god floated to the ground with real eagles limbs picked up a baby and flew to heaven above then i would beleive in His ability to defy the laws of phsyics. Till then its a radio in the ear theory.
and all doctors should die for that.

Would he identify which God he was and whether he was one of many? And how do you know it's the voice of God? Is it deep and resonant?
