Ok so today I ask the girl I like if I was annoying her, she told me she wans't into "bonding" What in the HELL does that mean? Does it mean she doesn't even want to talk to me anymore? I'm confused...

She probably meant that she didn't want to get into an in depth relationship with you; she just wants to be friends or keep things on a surface level. Bonding in the normal relationship sense means that two people have formed a connection, they have talked extensively about their feelings and lives.
She may have been having a bad day, or just wasn't ready to talk. Try again tomorrow and see how she acts.
