A lot of that depends on whether the skin has lost it's tightness due to extreme weight loss or aging. If it is aging, there really isn't a lot you can do, but begin a faithful routine of applying firming lotions to keep the issue from becoming worse. If it is due to extreme weight loss, do the lotion, but also exercise. Your skin is attached to muscle. If the muscle increases, the skin will get closer to it, eventually pulling back together. If this is a very extreme weight loss, this will help, but do not expect a miracle. Some insurance providers will cover plastic surgery after an extreme weight loss on the grounds that the excess skin can cause heat rashes, etc, in the "folds." Good luck!
