Hi Angie, I'm currently on Jenny Craig. Since I'm a man losing weight, I get a higher calorie allowance, but my wife is also on the plan. Here's a typical daily menu for her:

Breakfast:
1 JC Breakfast Entre (could be French toast, Pancakes, Egg mcMuffin, Granola Bar, cold cereal, etc.)
1 cup nonfat milk
1 piece of fruit

Snack:
1 JC Anytime Bar (either Peanut Butter or Praline)
1 cup canned fruit

Lunch:
1 JC entre (Chicken Sandwich, Chili, Beef Chow Mein, Soup, Chicken Strips with Rice, etc.)
1 salad with Jenny's Dressing (Balsamic, Ranch or Ceasar)

Snack:
Veggie or Fruit

Dinner:
1 JC entre (Lasagna, salsbury steak, Vegetable & Chicken potstickers, Turkey with Gravy, etc)
Steamed vegetables, you pick which ones.
1 tsp margarine

Snack:
1 JC Snack or Dessert (Cheesecake, Toffee Bites, Sourdough Bites, Brownie, Popcorn, Chocolate cake)
A yogurt, cup of nonfat milk or cheese

For woman, this is going to add up to about 1500 calories a day.

You buy the snacks, desserts and entres from them. About 1/2 need to be frozen, and half do not. As you can see, you are also expected to supplement their food with your own dairy, fruits and veggies.

The wife and I have only been on for one week, so we can't really give you an in depth review of how easy it is to stay on. For me, yesterday was a breeze and I didn't even eat all of my allotted food. On the other hand, last Saturday I was hungry all day.

Right now they have a trial program. Lose 20 lbs for $20. Their food itself will run you about $100 to $115 a week.
