sounds like diarrhea. did he get into something he shouldn't have? or has he eaten something he likes to excess?

when i was a kid our cats loved to chase and eat grasshoppers. most years that wasn't a problem as there wasn't that many grasshoppers. one year we had a plague of grasshoppers and my cats all went crazy for days chasing, catching and eating grasshoppers.

as a result they had diarrhea like crazy---and it sounds just like what you've described. after a while they got tired of all the grasshoppers they could eat and stopped eating them. the diarrhea stopped soon after.

i'm guessing grasshoppers are like a White Castle belly bomber. or 'slider' as we call them. eat of few of those things---man they are tasty going down, but soon its just like a cat eating lots of grasshoppers!

the liquid you are seeing is probably anal gland excretion. there are 2 glands on either side of the rectum that dogs and cats use to mark their territory. Cat's usually don't need to have them expressed by a vet some do. Some cats also may never release their glands very often and some release them when excited, scared or when the glands are full.

Your cat is doing what comes clearly to a cat ; Marking his territory! it is his area and all different cats understand this and don't trespass . that is not a delightful ingredient to get your fixtures or interior partitions sprayed, with this solid smelling liquid . wash section very sparkling with soapy water , then rinse and dry . spray areas that could get grimy on , with a million/2 white vinegar and water . ( this might deter your cat from doing this returned in that section.) Cats do in comparison to Vinegar in my adventure citronella oil is likewise efficient make sure your cats clutter field is sparkling and sparkling each and on a daily basis too in the experience that your cat has not been neutered, get that performed as quickly as accessible , this might provide up him being provide up so territorial. >^,,^<

I would think his anal glands need to be squeezed. Sometimes they get infected or clogged up, and you have to squeeze the fluid out. It is a very disgusting process, and you could do it yourself or take him to the vet (which I would recommend). Is he dragging his bottom on the floor as well? That is another sign of an anal gland problem..

You probably should take him to the vet to get it checked out.

Even after being neutered, male cats may still have the urge to mark their territory, they are not peeing, they must let other cats know this is their territory.

thick and concentrated is marking...watery is pee. Gross, huh? I don't know how you stop them from marking. I think there's stuff you can put there that they don't like the smell of at the store.
