Ignore the nasty little comments that come in response to your question. You're gonna get some and you don't have to be psychic to see it coming.
As to your question.... I'm getting the impression you've been experiencing some things you can't explain. I'm also getting from something between your words that you're a little unnerved by something specific that has happened.
First of all, don't freak out. Everyone has access to these kinds of senses, but few of us pay attention or try to tune into them. However, some people seem to tune into those senses unconsciously and don't know how to turn the volume back down, so to speak.
If you are getting stuff that's too much for you.... Find a quiet place, center yourself, and say a little prayer that you not be given the information that you can't handle.
I'm not going to give you some of the hokey metaphysical answers some people give out. But if you want to know more, try reading two books: Allison Dubois's "Don't Kiss Them Goodbye" and Pete Sanders, Jr.'s "You Are Psychic". These books discuss this stuff in a way that is more mainstream and less "New Age".

Joking apart. Try and find your local Spiritualist church and find out when they do an 'Open Circle' night and go along. They may have coffee afterwards (ours does) and you can chat to some of the mediums there.
