the problem is that shes female and so am I....I am happily married and she is with a significant other, and we are flirting, but what if it ever goes further if we meet up for drinks or something?? I have NEVER felt this way about a woman before in my life. I don't know how to feel what I am feeling. Please help, serious answers only....

One of the *worst* things you can do is have a romantic relationship with your boss. One slip-up and everyone will be talking about you behind your backs.
If you're both of the same sex, and currently in hetero relationships, that will make the gossip even worse.
And every time she says something nice about your work in front of others, everyone will start complaining about favoritism.
One of you will end up leaving her job.
You may want to use this flirtation to re-examine your sexuality and your relationship with your husband. But boss/employee relationships rarely end up well, no matter what gender issues may be involved. Especially if they're on the sly.

Usually work romances never work, but you also are married. Are you feeling this way about her just because she is giving you attention that you might not be used to? Maybe you need to look at your spouse and see if there is anything wrong with your relationship. You should never put yourself in a situation that can harm someone that you truely love. That's my opinion.

you can't erase. Also, how do you know she doesn't
just do this? It's wrong for a Boss to do. She could lose

Are you sure she is flirting and not just being friendly? If so, then you have an interesting predicament on your hands. What it comes down to though it that you are married. Talk to your husband about it and see how he feels.
