I have just finished university and during the 3 years we were there this girl and me sent serious " I like you" signals to each other, although we only spoke once. Im 90% sure she fancied me and Im crazy about her. Shes on facebook and I clicked on "add friend" and she accepted even though we only spoke once. How do I take it a step further???

Write her a note and tell her that you've been her secret admirer for 3 years and now you are hoping to create something special between you. Tell her a couple of things that you really like about her and give her your telephone number and ask her to call you so you can start getting to know each other.
You will find out if she feels the same way. If she does - GREAT! If she doesn't then move on.
And dude - next time don't wait three years to show your interest when you think you've received "I like you signals!"

Just write to her and see how's she's doing, what she's been up to, etc. Don't go right out and say "hey i think you're cute, or i like you"...just take it to the next level by talking to her more and then once conversation comes easier and stuff, you can bring up that stuff later.

Ask her out! stupid as it may sound there are only 2 answers she can give you. You could do this by email if you don't know here phone no. But doing it in person will probley put you in a better position.

Ask her if she remembers you without sounding creepy. Then explain to her the things you accomplished in school, realizing now that you would've enjoyed accomplishing at least a friendship with her.
