This sounds like it could be nerves being compressed along the spinal column by herniated disks, probably in your cervical spine (around your neck) as well as your lumbar region (lower back)
However... it could be any number of things and you should see a physician.
If you don't have insurance, do yourself a favor and go for a free consultation with a chiropractor. They all do first visit for free and they'll do x-rays and a neuro exam that will tell them if you have compressed nerves. They're very thorough and at least by the end of the exam you may know what you're dealing with and it won't cost you a dime.
If it's not what I think, then they may be able to fairly easily diagnose the issue and perhaps provide some fairly affordable spinal manipulation that will at least relieve some of your discomfort. It's well worth it and many will work with you about payment if you're not insured.
Good luck to you...

You just explained everything I am feeling. I have been tested for Rheumatiod, and lupus, and they came back negative. Somedays I can barely walk. Would like to talk to you more? Because I don't look crippled up, no one believes me. My hips stick and I can barely stand up. my back hurts so bad I want to cry, it hurts to lift things, or raise my arms above my head, my legs lay and jump at night and I can't sleep, etc., etc. If you get any answers please share them with me. I am see a Rheumatologist. I guess I can tell you to start there. They specialize in Arthritis, and diseases of the bones. Good Luck!

Sounds like you need a doctor, rather than a random selection of people across the world who have little to no medical training.
