Why would you want to? A few years in the Navy is one of the very best things that you can do for your own future, trust me I've been there (6-1/2 years and 2 combat deployments) and wouldn't change it for a thing. Just make sure you have some focus, some idea of what you want to LEARN and DO in the Navy, and they will work with you to make the most of your desire. It takes hard work, discipline, and "stick-to-it-iveness" as my grandpa would have said, but those are qualities that will serve you very well in life. Plus, you can put away part of your paycheck into the GI Educational Fund ("GI Bill") for later use in paying for school and the Navy will match it $2 to your every $1 -- you won't get a deal like that anywhere else.
But yeah, if you are bound and determined to get out of the Navy, it is not too much difficulty. If all you have signed up for is the Delayed Entry Program, then all you have to do is not meet or continue to meet the requirements listed in the contract and you will be deemed ineligible for enlistment once you show up at MEPS. Or you can just keep bugging them and telling them you have changed your mind, or claim you've become a conscientious objector, or claim you've become gay, or any one of a hundred things. All of them will look bad on your record, but all will get you out -- the Navy doesn't want troublemakers or people who won't honor their commitments anyway. They are not that hard-up for new recruits.

yes you should be able to get out after you've signed up.just be certain that thats what you want because it will be very difficult to sign up again so if you just have cold feet maybe you could get it post poned awhile.talk to your recruiter and tell him you want out.if he tell you no go over his head.my daughter had a book once about what to expect in boot camp and it told who to talk to..maybe you can find it at the library....good luck....i dont think you would be sorry for going in the navy and getting an education and training though....i hope it works out for you

Unroll? Do not know. But if you have entered into a legally binding contract I believe that you should honor it.

Yes you can. Up until the moment that you really ship out to boot camp you will have plenty of places where you can throw the towel and quit. They will ***** and moan and threaten you but it can be done.
If you haven't sworn-in then you should be able to cancel your enlistment agreement, since you haven't done much yet.

You signed a legal contract. Unless you are a minor, you are obligated.

Probably if you haven't even served any time.
