Tuna and all 100% meats have no carbs same with eggs try a omellette with eggs mushrooms tomato and onion or any veggies (besides corn and potato if limiting carbs) also lemons are very low carb try a squeeze in chilled water with a little sweetner. However u can not stay on a carb free diet for to long it makes you have no energy and can be dangerous to your health like any diet or exercise changes its wise to talk to your Doc.
Goodluck

Planter's has a newer line of mixed nuts out called NutRition. They pack a great amount of protein with no added sugars. Also, turkey pepperoni or light cheese cubes are good protein options. Obviously fresh veggies are a good choice, because with all the meat and cheese in a low carb diet, you need extra fiber to not become "stopped up." As far as drinks go, avoid caffeine if at all possible, as it is suspected to have the same "rollercoaster" effect on blood sugar as sugars do. If you must have soda, try Diet 7-up or Diet Cream Soda or something. Water is extremely important in weight loss, though, so make diet sodas the treat you give yourself AFTER you've had you 64 ounces of water each day. Or, try a sparkling water, like Perrier, with lime or lemon slices in it. Good luck! Best wishes on your weight loss!

Good drinks:
Dasani Lemon Water--Tastes like a Sprite
Crystal Light Peach Tea/Lemonade packets--I think they contain some sugar but not much
Sam's Choice Flavored Waters--Come in many different flavors and taste great
Good snacks:
100 Calorie Cookie Packs from Nabisco--Cheese Nips, Oreo and Chips Ahoy are very good; taste like the real thing
Creme Savers--I think 3 have like 10 calories
Raisins
Any fresh fruit
I apologize for the short list but my mind is blank! There are a lot of ways to enjoy food without sacrificing too much. Fitness magazine has some great recipes in it this month.

To clarify -- "carbs" is short for carbohydrates. Carbohydrates include sugar, starch and complex carbohydrates. So if you find a zero carb food, you've also found one with zero sugar. However, zero sugar does not mean zero carbs. Carbs are your body's main source of energy.
#1 -- Water. Numerous studies show that drinking eight 8 oz glasses of water daily decreases appetite and encourages weight gain.
#2 -- Fresh vegetables. Veges like lettuce, celery, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli all have (essentially) zero carbs. I say "essentially" because they do have a very low level of carbs, but it takes more calories to digest them than you gain from eating them so most diets count them as zero carbs.
#3 -- If you don't mind synthetics then look for things sweetened with Splenda (or sucralose); flavored drinks and some diet snacks with have this. Sachharine and NutraSweet are also zero carb sweeteners still available in some places.

I additionally do not drink soda, yet as quickly as I did, i would not drink any sugar unfastened ones. I do drink coffee and positioned French Vanilla coffeemate in my coffee, yet i take advantage of the universal and not the fat-unfastened or sugar unfastened ones. they don't flavor the comparable and sugar-unfastened capacity they put in a substitute sweetener in it and that's undesirable for you. i can't have something with subsitute sweeteners simply by fact i'm getting unwell from it. I merely found out final week that those sweeteners have been initially RAT POISON and somebody then desperate that it fairly is innocuous to human beings and started making sugar substitutes for human intake. exceedingly gross, huh? good success on your weight loss plan!
