REHAB, baby, rehab.
That you're asking is a good thing. There are people to help. Counselors, Doctors, etc...
Call a doctor and ask for a referral. Nobody will refuse you trying to get help.
Most hospitals have drug rehabilitation programs that are very private. Nobody you don't want to know will know.
